We offer a fully web enabled managed service accessed via a secure portal.
Services include:
- Delinquency management for significantly overdue accounts or accounts where normal collection techniques are failing to make progress
- OptimaRM’s identity is disclosed, using a separate team to the non-disclosed collector resources
- Access to our international legal network of preferred lawyers, in country, that we have used before and trust
- This service is only available to clients who already subscribe to our OptiCreditManager
and/or OptiLedgerManager service
- We are confident that, where we fully manage a client’s ledger credit risk portfolio and collections activities, escalations will be minimal. In the unlikely event
that escalation activity is required, this will be charged at cost (provided all Optima credit recommendations have been followed)
